Stir Fry Vegetables is one of the easiest and healthy recipe. It is the heaven food for every vegans out there.
As we all love Chinese cusine, this is a quick and easy chinese dish.
This can be taken as a meal to get complete nutrition if you are looking for weight loss or can be clubbed with high protine diet to increase fiber content…

Note: You can also drizzle lemon juice, add sesame seeds on top of the stir fry vegetables before serving.
Since we are adding soya sauce, reduce the amount of salt as soya already have high sodium content.

For Vegans:
Replace Honey with Sugar/Maple syrup.
