KETO Recipes | Low Carb/Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

A sugar free, low carb snack! Keto Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe. This was our first time using Almond Flour, and I forgot to sift it, so obviously, we weren't' going to think it was as good as a regular chocolate chip cookie lol! But they are good and the kids have eaten every last one of them.

Sugar: 0

Protein: 0

Ingredients:
– ¼ cup unsalted butter

– 1 ¼ cups almond flour

– ¼ tsp salt

– 1tbsp + 2 tsp Truvia

– ¼ tsp cream of tartar

– 1 large egg

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– ¼ cup of sugar free chocolate chips

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave butter for 1.5 min. Then place in fridge for 10 min. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and stir. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. zthen mix together. Once everything is mixed together, pull out 2-3 inch mounds and flatten them. Then place on a cookie sheet with wax paper on it. Cook in oven for 10-12 minutes. ENJOY!
