BANANA BREAD:
• 3 ripe bananas (~300g)
• 150g low fat yogurt/quark
• 1 egg + 2 egg whites
• stevia/honey/agave
• 150g spelt whole-wheat flour
• 50g oats
• 2tsp baking powder
• 1.5tsp soda
• cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
Optional: 20g dark sugar free chocolate
Mash the banana, mix all of the ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 min.
