They are banting and keto friendly and best of all, they are so quick to make. Everything just gets chucked into one bowl and within a matter of minutes, delicious LCHF choc chip muffins that does not ruin your healthy eating plan and months of trying to lose weight

For the ingredients, you will need the following:
1/3 cup of coconut flour
1/4 cup of xylitol
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
3 eggs
3 tblsp of coconut oil
1/2 cup of cream
1/2 cup of sugar-free, dark chocolate chips
