Low Carb Tater Tots Recipe | Healthy Hash Browns | Keila Keto

I crave hash browns from time to time (I used to love Burger King's and Carl's Jr.'s hash browns) This healthier version fills the void of the beloved fast food staples.

▷INGREDIENTS
430 g zucchini (2 small)
1 egg
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoon almond flour
Seasoning of choice (salt, pepper, seasoning all)

▷DIRECTIONS

Grate zucchini in a large bowl.
Add salt to zucchini to draw moisture out.
Take a clean rag and drain zucchini
Add egg, cheeses, almond flour, and seasonings and combined

Preheat oven to 400 F
Form tots by hand or use a mini muffin tin
Bake for 25 mins flipping half way through
