KETO Fat Head Pizza using Air Fryer – Low Carb Keto Recipe – Deep Dish Fat Head Pizza

Another great way to put your air fryer to use! FAT HEAD PIZZA!!!

Air Fryer Deep Dish Fat Head Pizza

Pre Measure the following
3/4 Cup Fine Almond Flour
1 Whole Egg (Medium or Large) or 2 TBSP Egg Whites
Favorite spices (Italian Seasoning, Pepper Flakes, Garlic, etc)

Combine in a Microwave safe bowl and Microwave for 1 Minute and 22 seconds the following ingredients:

1.5 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 TBSP Ricotta Cheese or 2 TBSP Cream Cheese

Mixture needs to roll into a gooey ball easily – if it's still stringy you need to cook in microwave longer, shouldn't exceed 2 minutes.

Quickly add Flour and egg into your cheese mixture as well as your favorite seasonings. Form into a ball and flatten with hands or rolling pin on parchment paper and form into sizes appropriate for your air fryer baking pans. Depending on your pan you may or may not need to spray pan before cooking.

My small air fryer takes about 4 minutes to cook 4 inch rounds. The rest is individual preference. My Deep Dish took about 6 minutes of cooking at 320 degrees in my Small Farberware Air Fryer

You can also freeze your pizzas with parchment in between the cooked dough. ENJOY!!!
