I tried Kim Kardashian’s Diet for a Week (but made it Vegan!)

This week I followed the Kim Kardashian diet (but made it vegan, of course). She does a low carb, high protein, high fat diet that consists mainly of lean meats and vegetables. She claims to only eat 50g net carbs per day.

Normaly, my diet consists of high carb, medium protein and medium fat, so following what she ate for a week was a bit of a challenge.

Diet Warning: many people who try low carb diets and initially lose a bit of weight, eventually return to old eating habits (because they feel deprived of carbs) and gain back the weight they lost, plus even more weight. That’s why I personally recommend getting informed about nutrition and then making an informed decision that works for you. Long term I do not believe the diet she tried is healthy.

I simply wanted to try something new and see how I felt. It was an interesting experiment to say the least.
