Cauliflower Okra Curry cheekyricho cooking Low Carb recipe ep. 1,171Richos diet is going great, he has lost 5 kgs in 10 days. The food is good, varied, not expensive, easy to make and he's not hungry or complaining. Thats a winning combo if you ask me.
INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam marsala
1 can 400g tomatoes
8 cauliflower florets
16 Okra (we couldn't buy fresh so we used preserved ones, worked just the same)
2 cloves garlic
2″ or 5cm chunk of fresh ginger

There it is Vegan now if you add the Raita you will need
50g plain greek yoghurt
40g grated cucumber
small handful of chopped fresh mint

mix that together and use it as an accompaniment, still vegetarian at this point.
