In partnership with FaveDiets ( http://www.FaveDiets.com ) recipe site, this recipe is a continuation of my Thanksgiving series of recipes. Cranberries are lower carb than most people think at only 7 net grams per cup. There are a lot of low carbers that use the initial method of boiling the cranberries in a Splenda syrup and then strained the pulp to make their own cranberry juice. This recipe at 2.5g would be an excellent addition to most Ongoing Weight Loss followers' Thanksgiving dinner. Ingredients:
2 cups Cranberries
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Splenda, or liquid equivalent
Water
1 packet Sugar Free Jello, Cranberry or Raspberry
1/2 packet of Unflavored Gelatin
Serves 8 people

74 Calories, 6g Fat, 3.5g Carbs (1g Fiber) , 2g Protein
