Hey y'all! Welcome back to Shawna Rae, a cooking and cleaning channel for busy moms like myself!

As a busy working mom, I don't have time to cook during the week. I spend a lot of time on the weekends meal prepping breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for my husband, my almost two year old son and myself. My husband is doing Keto and has lost 80 pounds so far and I try to eat low-carb so this video includes a few easy to meal prep low carb recipes! I also just got an Instant Pot for Christmas so of course, there are a couple pressure cooker chicken recipes in there!
