Buffalo Wings are probably one of my all time favorite appetizers and all around foods. But when you go out to eat wings they are guaranteed to be deep fried in Hydrogenated soy or vegetable oil 99% of the time. One of the biggest reasons for me to get an airfryer was to be able to make air fryer buffalo chicken wings and hopefully be able to get something that came close to the deep fried wings I got from restaurants or made at home. I think I was able to accomplish that with these wings. Since they are not breaded, they are also perfect for keto diet and paleo. You can eat as many of these as your heart desires and not worry about ceasing the production and use of ketones for energy since these have no carbs and neither does the sauce.
