KETO dairy-free BUNS | LOW CARB BUNS WITH WITH PSYLLIUM HUSK | Easy KETO recipes

For these brilliant keto dairy-free buns you will need:

Dry Ingredients
(100 g) blanched almond flour – I use almond meal from Lidl
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp black chia seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried leeks or onion powder is optional

Liquid Ingredients
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice,
3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
4 tbsp boiling water
