-Sugar snap peas
-Baby carrots/carrot sticks
-Radishes
-Sliced cucumbers
-Mixed green salad: kales, lettuce, spinach, other greens
-Lettuce leaves (to roll with deli meat/cheese)
-Bell Pepper slices (assorted colors)
-Sliced mushrooms
-Broccoli and Cauliflower florets
-Steamed green beans
-Asparagus (steamed or pickled)
-Beet slices, pickled or roasted
-Olives, green, black or kalamata
-Edamame
-Jicama sticks
—-Dips/Sauces
-Hummus
-Blue cheese dip
-Ranch dressing
-Guacamole
-Mustard (try a variety; spicy brown, dijon)
-Marinated mozzarella balls (skewer these with cherry tomatoes and basil)
-Lime-cilantro crema
-Low-carb marinara sauce
-Satay dipping sauce (try Maria Emmerich’s recipe)

Be sure to pack a water bottle!
Pro tip: if you are packing lunches for younger children, be sure they can open the packaging! Even the most nutritious lunch won’t be eaten if little fingers can’t open the containers.
