Low Carb & Keto Spaghetti and Meatballs: Easy – 3 ingredientsa

This is the easiest, quickest way to get low carb spaghetti and meatballs on the table when you’re pressed for time or you don’t really like to cook. This dish is just a matter of knowing which ingredients to buy and then “assembling” them.

Ingredients:

Pre-made Pork Meatballs with Parmesan (can get at most grocery stores)
Rao’s Spaghetti sauce (large jar)
1 bag Shirataki noodles (any brand)
Fresh parmesan cheese (2-3 oz)

Directions:

1. Place meatballs on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and place in oven at 375 degrees F
2. Let meatballs cook for 10 minutes. While they are cooking add the jar of spaghetti sauce to a pot. Rinse and drain the shirataki noodles and add to the pot.
3. Using a box grater, grate the fresh parmesan cheese
3. Remove the meatballs from oven, turn them over and put back in oven for another 15-20 minutes
4. Simmer the sauce and noodles over medium to low heat until heated through
5. Place the meatballs in a bowl, add the sauce and noodle mixture over the meatballs and sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese.
