In partnership with FaveDiets (http://www.favediets.com/Vegetable/ ) recipe, I demonstrate that not all great Atkins Diet recipes are large production affairs, and sometimes they are just simple “Good Eats.” This is one of my favorite side dishes to go with anything from hamburgers to steaks.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 head Cabbage
3 slices Bacon
1/4 cup Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Makes 4 Servings.
Nutrition Info Per Serving:
103 Calories, 7.5g Fat, 7.5g Total Carbs (3g Fiber), 4g Protein
