Low carb Pizza Recipe

Quick & easy low carb pizza recipe
So if you are craving pizza you are going to love this recipe! Personally I can’t even taste the cauliflower it literally gives me all the pizza feels lol but you can tweak the recipe a little and add almond flour to get a more dough like texture.

Pizza dough
300 grams Cauliflower
1/4 cup of cheese any kind
1 egg
1 ounce of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

Toppings
1/2 of sauce
1/4 cup of cheese
Pepperoni or sausage

Bake dough at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown then pull it out the oven flip it if you want, if not just throw on all the toppings & pop it back in the oven under broil for 5 minutes & boom it’s ready to eat!

Sidenote:
My Wednesday weigh in was
215lbs so that means I’ve lost 8lbs in 2 weeks eating low carb!
