My version:
2 Medium Avocados
3/4C Parmesan Cheese
1/2tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mash avocados add seasonings! Spoon onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet by heaping teaspoon fulls. Spray the back of a measuring cup and flatten each one well. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes! Allow to cool completely before eating!
