Hi Beautiful People! In this quick video I show you guys one of my favorite go-to/low-carb meals for when I'm about to break my fast for the day! This is literally one of the best intermittent fasting recipes because this meal is QUICK, cheap and super easy to make! Change up the veggies used to your liking and don't be afraid to experiment!
I USED:
1lb Ground Turkey
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
Spinach (Handful)
1/2 Cup of Prego Marketplace Spaghetti Sauce (Tomato & Basil)
Adobo for seasoning (USE SALT FREE Mrs. Dash for healthier option!)
SIDES:
Steamed Broccoli
1/2 Avocado
