This is an example of a lunch or breakfast (or why not dinner) that you could have on a ketogenic diet. This is exactly what I am having these days for lunch or breakfast. It's pretty fucking amazing.

Here the macros per serving (including the sardines):
698 kcal
19g carbs
58g fat
25g protein
