👩‍🍳LARGE FAMILY COOKING | Creamy Baked Chicken Spaghetti Squash | Keto, Low Carb, THM Recipes!

I hope you're ready for a yummy low carb, Keto, and Trim Healthy Mama recipe today! In this large family cooking video, we're cooking up Cream Baked Chicken Spaghetti Squash. It's cheesy goodness and low carb amazing!

Here's the full large family recipe featuring this easy keto meal!

CREAMY BAKED CHICKEN SPAGHETTI SQUASH

2 Spaghetti Squash
4 TBS Butter
4 TBS Minced Garlic
8 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Parm Cheese
6 Cups Shredded Chicken
4 Cups Shredded Cheese
Salt/Pepper per taste

Bake 2 pierced Spaghetti Squash in the oven at 400 for 1 hour.

Once Spaghetti Squash is fully cooked, carefully cut open (will be HOT!) and scoop out seeds. Next scrap remaining insides into a metal mixing bowl. In the bowl add all listed ingredients, holding back two cups of cheese for topping.

Fill each Spaghetti Squash shell with filling and top with 1/2 cup remaining cheese. Place back in the oven at 350 for 20-25 until hot and bubbly. Serve with fresh salad or steamed veggies!
