Cauliflower/Broccoli Rice:
– Preheat pan
– 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
– Add cauliflower rice
– Add salt, pepper or spice to taste
– Mix occasionally as so not to burn the rice
Brussel Sprouts
– Preheat oven to 400F
– Mix 1-2 tbsp coconut oil, salt, pepper and turmeric
– Cook for 30 minutes, flip half way
Talapia
– Defrost and add spices
– Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes (or until crispy)
Cauliflower
– Add coconut oil, salt, pepper, cumin to taste
– Cook for 25 minutes
– Broil for 10 minutes
