HEALTHY LOW CARB ZOODLE DINNER RECIPE

Craving chicken pesto pasta but don't want the added carbs?! This recipe is healthy and delicious – and guess what?! You can eat as much zoodles as you want without feeling guilty! This meal takes less than 30 minutes to make and prepare!

RECIPE:
– Heat pan on medium heat
– add extra virgin olive oil to the pan, and add in chopped garlic (optional)
– once lightly browned, add in your chicken sausage
– once lightly browned, add in mushrooms and whatever spices you love
– you can add in zoodles to cook on top, or transfer items to a separate plate and cook zoodles separately!
– ready to eat, enjoy!
