Easy KETO / Low Carb Caesar Chicken

Easy KETO / Low Carb Caesar Chicken If you like cheese and are trying to follow a KETO or Low Carb way of eating this is a good recipe for you. I recommend serving it along side a low carb vegetable and for those who are not following either of the above you can have a nice side of rice with it. I will list the recipe below for you. Give it a try and see what you think.

RECIPE:

1 lb. skinless chicken – breasts/tenders
1 cup creamy Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Use an oven proof or cast iron skillet
Follow the directions in the video
