Almond Bun Recipe | KETO Low Carb Diet | Keto Bread

Hi!
Thanks for clicking on this video on how to make keto almond buns.
I love this recipe. I tried to keep it relatively lower in calories by not adding fat in the way of oil or butter to the mix. If you find them too dry for your liking add a tablespoon or two of fat and you'll be set.

Almond Buns

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Almond flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 oz mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
4 Tablespoons sour cream
(salt, pepper,and sesame seeds optional)

blend all ingredients together
divide evenly into as many servings as you'd like and shape as you'd wish
bake at 375 degrees F for about 15 minutes.

My recipe made 6 servings
MACROS for Each Bun (your macros might vary depending on ingredients)
218 Calories
18.3g Fat
9.7g Protein
6.6g Carbs
3g Fiber
3.6 net carbs
